Welcome to Homeezy, a marketplace for construction contractors and homeowners.

This template allows Homeowners to publish projects for contractors to apply to, while Contractors can browse available projects, manage their applications, and use a simple CRM system to track their work.

With features tailored for the construction industry, this template is ideal for those looking to create a platform where contractors and homeowners can connect and collaborate on home improvement projects.

This template requires advanced Bubble.io knowledge for implementation.

The subscription feature is pre-configured but not fully implemented, allowing flexibility for different business models while implementing the template.

Homeezy is an older template and may not meet the quality standards of more recent Scaling Process templates. Element naming, page structure, and branding may require significant customization.

This page is used by both Contractors and Homeowners for signing in, signing up, and resetting their passwords.

Marketplace

The Marketplace page is where Contractors can find projects published by Homeowners.

Public version of the Marketplace, available for logged-out users

• Project Listings: A list of all available projects with basic details (e.g., project type, location, budget).

• Project Filters: Contractors can filter projects based on their preferences.

• Application Process: Contractors can apply for projects directly from the marketplace, initiating communication with Homeowners.

Projects

This is the contractor's project management board, which features a kanban-style board for managing project statuses.

Projects Pipeline

• Project Pipeline: Contractors can view projects in a board format, organized by their status (e.g., applied, hired, in progress, completed).

• Drag-and-Drop: Projects can be moved across statuses via a drag-and-drop interface.

• Project Cards: Clicking on a project card takes the contractor to the project details page.

Homeowner

Homeowners can publish projects, hire contractors, and access documentation (quotes, contracts, invoices) from hired contractors, related to projects.

Admin

Platform owner. This type of user doesn't have a dedicated portal but has privacy rules already set.
