Features

In this template, users can:

• Log in, Sign Up, and Password reset

• Create and manage multiple workspaces

• Create and manage multiple projects

• Share workspace and project access with other users

• Create and manage tasks related to projects

• Assign tasks to another users

Pages

/auth

Here the users can Sign Up, Log In, and reset their password. Also, when a user wants to create a new workspace, here is where it can be done.

/app

The main page of the app. Here, all subpages related to the app usage are located:

• /app/home: List of tasks related to the current user

• /app/project: All projects the user has access to in the current workspace are available here. It's also where projects are managed, new projects are created and the projects' tasks are listed and grouped by status.

• /app/settings: Here, the user can manage their profile info and the workspace info, if their permissions allow it, besides also inviting and managing other users' access to the current workspace.

/reset_pw

Here is where the user is taken when asking for a password reset.

User types

User

The platform user. It can use all the features available to final users.

Admin

Platform owner. This type of user doesn't have a dedicated portal but has privacy rules already set.

This template does not have an Admin Panel built-in. The admin profile will work once an admin panel is built. If you want some help building it, head to our website and talk with one of our Bubble specialists.

Apply your branding

Before launching your template, you may want to apply your own brand and customize some page texts.

For that, you have to change the default "⚙️ appSettings" and "⚙️ appPage" objects in the database. and apply your own brand and colors.
